Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial or professional advice, nor does it constitute an endorsement of any Event or Event Organiser. Website Content is provided for general informational purposes only and must not be relied on as accurate, complete or suitable for any specific purpose.

While we aim to maintain accurate and current Website Content, we do not guarantee:

  3. the accuracy of any Event or organiser information displayed on the Website.

Some Website Content is provided directly by Event Organisers. We do not verify, endorse or guarantee organiser content, including descriptions, schedules, pricing, images or event details. Website Content may be updated, changed or removed at any time without notice. We do not undertake to keep Website Content up to date or to correct any inaccuracy, and we make no representation that any particular Event or information displayed on the Website will remain available or unchanged.

These statements are based on current expectations and are subject to change. We do not guarantee that any future functionality, timelines or developments will occur as described.

4. Limited Role and Organiser Responsibility

eventflo is a platform provider and authorised ticketing agent. When tickets are listed or sold through the Platform, you enter into a ticketing and attendance arrangement directly with the relevant Event Organiser, not with eventflo. The Event Organiser is solely responsible for the Event and for complying with all applicable laws in connection with that Event. We do not promote, organise, operate or deliver Events in any capacity. Event Organisers are solely responsible for:

  1. the conduct, management and delivery of Events;
  2. the accuracy and legality of their content; and
  3. any changes, postponements, cancellations or operational decisions relating to Events.

We are not responsible for any loss arising from your attendance or non-attendance at an Event. For ticketing matters, including refunds, resales, transfers and Event changes, refer to the Purchase Policy and Event Attendee Terms of Use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for, and are not liable for any loss arising from, the acts, omissions or conduct of any Event Organiser, other user of the Website or any third party who provides content, services or information in connection with an Event or the Website. Your rights and responsibilities in relation to attending Events, including any "at your own risk" terms and limitations on liability for personal injury or property damage, are set out in the Event Attendee Terms of Use and the Purchase Policy.

The Website may include organiser-provided content or links to external websites, resources or services. We do not control, endorse or guarantee any third-party content, and are not responsible for:
