  1. The eventflo website located at https://eventflo.io/ (the Website) is owned and operated by Eventflo Pty Ltd (ACN 677 042 947) (eventflo, we, us, our).
  2. These Website Terms and Conditions (Website Terms) govern your access to and use of the Website. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Website Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.
  3. These Website Terms apply only to your use of the Website as an informational and browsing service. If you create an account, buy, transfer, receive or resell tickets, register for flosale, hold a wallet, or otherwise interact with the eventflo platform beyond browsing the Website, your use is governed by the Event Attendee Terms of Use and the Event Attendee Purchase Policy. If these Website Terms are inconsistent with those documents, the Event Attendee Terms of Use and Purchase Policy prevail.
  4. We may amend these Website Terms from time to time. We will publish any updated version on the Website. Continued use of the Website after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Website Terms.

2. Definitions

  1. Event Attendee Terms of Use means the terms that govern your use of the eventflo platform, including ticketing, account activity, flosale, resale, and wallet features.
  2. Platform means the eventflo application and related services, including ticketing, resale, transfers, flosale, wallet features, account management, and any other interactive functionality beyond browsing the Website.
  3. Privacy Policy means our policy that explains how we collect, use, store, and handle personal information.
  4. Website means the eventflo website located at https://eventflo.io/ and any pages, content, or materials accessible through it.
  5. Website Content means all text, graphics, images, code, design elements, videos, documentation, and other materials displayed on or made available through the Website.
  6. Event Organiser means the individual or entity responsible for operating and delivering an event listed through the eventflo platform.

Certain features of the Platform may be subject to additional terms and conditions. Where applicable, those additional terms form part of your agreement with eventflo when you use those features.

4. Purpose Of Website

The Website provides general information about eventflo, including details about our technology, platform features, and services. Access to ticketing, account functionality, flosale, flomarket, wallet features, or any other interactive elements of the eventflo platform is governed by the Event Attendee Terms of Use and not by these Website Terms. Nothing on the Website constitutes professional, financial, or legal advice.

5. Prohibited Acts

You must not access or use the Website:

  1. for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these Website Terms;
  2. in a manner that is misleading, deceptive, fraudulent, false, inaccurate, or harmful;

  5. to scan, scrape, crawl, harvest, or collect data from the Website without our prior written consent;

Some information on the Website may be provided directly by Event Organisers. Event Organisers are solely responsible for ensuring that their content is accurate, lawful, and compliant with all applicable regulations. We do not monitor, validate, or guarantee the legal compliance of organiser-provided content.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. your use of the Website is at your own risk;
  2. we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, any Website Content;

If any part of these Website Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. If you access the Website from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.
